KVD Shade + Light Eyeshadow Quad GlamRok Palette
Hiya,
I had a Sephora gift card so I was looking at things I needed or just something to try. I really love this brand so I saw these and decided to grab the 2 Kitten Mini Palettes they had. So I will be reviewing those this week.
Let’s start with the GlamRok one.
I really dig the packaging with the black background then the logo and name of the palette use the colors in the palette. The back of the box also has the shade names and colors on it.
The top of the box has the same color effect on it as well.
Here is the front of the palette that’s shaped like a flat crystal. It’s got the raised letter on it which really makes it pop with the black on black.
Here is the back that has the shade names on it. The back of the packaging itself has them listed as well I just didn’t include a picture of it.
Here is the inside of the palette. It has a mirror to go with it which I always love. The palette comes with 4 shades: 2 mattes. 1 shimmer and 1 glitter shimmer.
Let’s break down these 4 shades.
Here are the shades swatched on my super pale arm. Remember they may read differently on me than you.
Legend- Dark Beige Matte
Midnight-Dark Royal Blue creamy shimmer packed with bright blue glitter.
Solo- Redish Brown Matte
Fascination- Silver Glitter Gel shadow
The matte shades are blendable, buildable, and don’t have a whole lot of fallout. The shimmer and glitter shades are really creamy and buildable. This is a tiny palette that you can create several looks out of and then just toss in your bag to take with you. I really enjoyed it. The Shimmers are my favorite in this one.
