August Ipsy 2021
Hello Friends,
I’ve had a rough couple of weeks and have been in a hole. I’m slowly getting out of it.
This was August’s so it’s late by a couple of days, but it’s ok. Here is my Ipsy Glam Bag review for the month.
This month’s theme is Wanderlust which I really dig cause I feel like August is the month we all get it bad.
The bag is this Snakeskin Evenlope. Which I like even though I don’t really think it fits the theme.
We got the list of items in the bag again which I always appreciate.
Minetain Rapid Recovery Moisturizing Lotion. I’ve never heard of this brand, but I always love getting lotions. This one is thin but really moisturizing. It smells strongly of Coconut and is super silky to apply. I really like this one.
A 7floz Tube is $32.95.
Feel Beauty Daily Hemp Oil Facial Cleanser. I think I have tried something else from this brand but I can’t for the life of me remember what it was. This is an oil-like gel that with a little water you can sud up and massage into your face. I have used this with a full face of makeup and it makes a pretty good makeup remover to get a bulk of it off. I really like this one but I doh’t know if I would buy it again.

Les Beauty Felt Tip Precision Point Eyeliner in Black. I don’t think I’ve heard of this one before I already like getting eyeliner. This one was kind of hard to apply, which could have been the eyeshadow. I did try it without eyeshadow and it was a little better. I don’t think I would buy this one again.
This one is $20.
PUR On Point Mascara with Hemp. I have tried this brand before but never Mascara. This one is nice. The Spoolie is great and doens’t collect way too much product. I can apply a couple of coats with ease and it doesn’t clump. I really like this one and would buy it again.

The Balm Cosmetics Meet Matt(e) Hughes Liquid Lipstick in Sincere. I have tried this brand and product before or at least something like it. This one goes one really easy and the shade looks really great on me. It’s a reddish brown which is lovely. The only issue I had with it was that it super dried out my lips. I wouldn’t buy it again due to that.
This one comes in 18 shades and is currently on sale for $8.50.

This bag wasn’t bad. It was some hits and misses but it’s ok it happens every couple of months. Doing the review on the app helps. If you don’t get ipsy and want to try it. They just raised the price to $13 and there is a link below if you are interested.
